Shipping:
The shipping methods we use is Stamps.com, USPS, FedEx, & UPS for ground deliveries etc., averages 2 or 3 days delivery time, please allow 3 to 4 weeks when items are out of stock or sold out at the time of your purchase the U.S. Domestic Shipping is (Free) at this time until further notice, but no (Free) Shipping and Handling for international orders at this time until further notice as well. California Sales Taxes will be added to each order.
Returns:
When orders are placed on crazydollpen.com, the price paid for the item (s) purchased will be refunded within 30 days of receipt or shipment. Items must be unused, and in resalable condition with all tags and labels intact on the returned items. All sales are final, except for returned items we approved for refund, there will be no exchanges for orders placed on crazydollpen.com, If the items were damaged, defective or mis-shipped due to an error on customer's part, please include a postal receipt enclosed.
